Changing your email settings

By default, email invitations are sent to participants from  However, this address does not support email "bounce back". If a participant's email address is incorrect, you will not be notified if the email was not received.

To receive notifications about undelivered mail, you can send email invitations from another email address. This option also allows the participant to email you back with questions or concerns.


To change your email settings

  1. Click the Account Settings link on the right side of the home page.

    The account settings page appears.

  2. Scroll down to the email settings section and click Change.

    The Enter Email Information dialog box appears.

  3. Choose from one of three options:

  1. Click OK.

  2. Click Save Changes.
